To accompany the introduction of this new product to the market, we now need a ML Ops Engineer to join our team.

👥 The team:

You will be placed under the responsibility of the Algo team (👋🏾 and ) and you will collaborate with the Dev team (, , , 👋🏾) as well as the Business Intelligence team (, ). Within the team we pay attention to kindness, transparency and mutual aid.

🎯 The missions:

As an ML Ops Engineer, we expect that:

ALGO

  • You optimize AI programs to improve their performance and speed,
  • You manage the lifecycle of data and models (production deployment, detection of data drifts, software development, performance monitoring)

PRODUCT

  • You contribute to technical design based on the requirements defined with the product team
  • You drive the code architecture choices
  • You participate in agile ceremonies
  • You carry features through to their deployment
  • You can do technical risk analysis
  • You take part in the code review process with the entire team

POC PROJECTS

  • You carry out proofs of concept for algorithmic performance
  • You write reports for the POCs you manage
  • You present progress and results to clients
  • You make AnotherBrain the European champion of AI

Your mission encompasses both internal tasks related to the AI development of our product and tasks in relation with our clients.

If you wish to move towards management, our coordinators come from internal promotions. We also offer transversal progression opportunities with the possibility of branching out to other areas and solutions.

Requirements

Comfortable with mathematics and naturally curious, you ideally hold a Master's degree or a Doctorate, complemented by 3 years of experience in development for Artificial Intelligence or Data. You have already put Deep Learning models into production.

👉🏽 You have strong knowledge in Python, Git, Linux and Docker

👉🏽 You are committed to writing quality code and participating in the improvement of coding practices in your team; you know how to read, understand, design and implement new features

👉🏽 You are familiar with one or several Deep Learning frameworks (Mandatory ).

Good knowledge of the tools Poetry, Kubernetes and Pytorch lightning will be considered as a plus.

You are capable of understanding product needs, identifying and autonomously exploring paths for improvement. You demonstrate recognized interpersonal skills.

Finally, you are fluent in English. AnotherBrain deploys its wings all around the world!

💸Compensation:

Between 51k€ and 60k€, depending on the profile
