Our team’s mission is to deliver valuable data insights to the Product/Marketing/Marketplace teams to aid their understanding of ongoing trends, unveil opportunities, and make effective decisions that will enhance the overall experience for both our drivers and passengers.

What will your role be?
- Collaborate with a Product team and become a specialist in your domain’s data
- Lead and collaborate on cross-team data projects, interacting with various stakeholders (product managers, developers, data engineers...)
- Conduct in-depth analyses of the product's performance to unearth hidden growth and efficiency opportunities for Heetch
- Architect data models and pipelines to convert raw data into product insights
- Design, monitor and analyse product experiments like A/B tests, using frequentist and Bayesian methods
- Develop and present actionable business intelligence dashboards
Are you the perfect fit?
- You possess over 3 years of experience in data manipulation, and are proficient in SQL and Python
- You can create concise and powerful data visualizations (dashboards, presentations...)
- You can communicate effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds and technical abilities
- You have a deep understanding of statistics and can avoid the pitfalls of experimentation (A/B testing)
- You can proactively identify issues and trace their root causes by applying the Five Whys technique
- You are committed to driving the company's data quality standards
- You are fluent in English (it’s the company's primary language, as we’re an international team 🙂)
- Leading cross-team projects will be considered a significant advantage
