Summary Technossus is seeking a Consulting Data Architect passionate about solving complex problems based in the Greater Seattle area. The Azure Data Architect will promote best practices and deliver innovative solutions in the data and analytics technology space for our valued clientele. Additionally, the ideal applicant will help lead our key practice areas and/or COE to facilitate both sales and delivery organizations. Location: Remote role with limited travel to Southern California Responsibilities include: - Architect, design, and deploy architecture to support data transformation, data structures, metadata dependency and workload management - Collaborate with stakeholders on data architecture and accessibility - Evaluate an organization's data requirements and implement reactive, resilient, and scalable data pipelines - Experience with deploying modern data solutions leveraging components like AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Data Lakes, Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake - Complement business development goals, margin objectives, and business strategies - Assist in preparing and delivering accurate and timely documents like RFPs and SOWs - Stay updated on industry shifts, engage where possible in professional organizations directly involved in the market - Train and deploy ML models for production using cloud solutions on either AWS or Azure (preferably AWS) - Ingest, prepare, and transform data for downstream tasks such as forecasting, analytics or ML use cases - Cleanse, visualize and report on the data from various angles like clustering, correlations, symmetry, and imbalances - Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand and quantify the quality of the data for ML use cases - Propose and build baseline ML models for forecasting, prediction, and classification use cases - Design ML models using CNN, RNN, and related model architectures using TensorFlow or PyTorch where relevant - Define and contribute to Technossus' key Data & Analytics practice area(s) - Identify and build solution offerings - Lead and mentor junior resources Skills: - 5+ years of experience building data ingestion pipelines using Apache Spark or similar - 5+ years of experience with Hadoop and MapReduce or cloud equivalent - 5+ years of experience with Exploratory Data Analysis for both structured and unstructured data - 3+ years of consulting experience - 3+ years of experience building ML models using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow - 3+ years of experience building ML models using Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Boosting - 5+ years of experience using Python, SQL, and relevant languages - 3+ years of experience working with analytics or data visualization platforms including, but not limited to: Snowflake, PowerBI, and Tableau Emotional Demands: In this role, the employee must maintain a professional and positive demeanor with clients and colleagues. Benefits This role comes with a starting base pay ranging between $160,000.00 and $210,000.00, depending on various factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. There may also be a bonus and benefits eligibility. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
