As the founding member of the data team and manager of the growth space, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy, improving our experimentation culture, and expanding our business. What You'll Do: 1. Execute comprehensive analyses to guide growth strategy, like product-led growth motion and B2B expansion motion. 2. Acquire extensive knowledge of the growth ecosystem and identify opportunities to promote activation, engagement, monetization, and expansion through insightful analysis and practical recommendations. 3. Enhance the execution rigor of product teams by managing success metrics and opportunity sizing. Help the team prioritize high-impact work and stay goal-oriented. 4. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams for daily experiment design, implementation, and analysis. Offer innovative solutions for complex experimentation settings. 5. Develop the experimentation culture and practices in the company. Encourage an experimentation mindset within the company by organizing brownbags, training sessions, office hours, and more. What You Bring: 1. 4–7 years of experience in a Data Scientist or a similar role. 2. A minimum of 3 years working in a growth function. 3. Keen product intuition to pinpoint opportunities in the growth ecosystem. 4. Robust knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B tests. 5. Proficient SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language, like Python or R. 6. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. 7. Curiosity, ability to adapt to dynamic environments, and a focus on growth. Having previous experience in a rapidly-growing startup is a plus.
