Our intern program provides the chance to work directly with our Development teams, aiding areas such as Finance, Operations, Risk, Trading, and Portfolio Management. Throughout your internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience with a range of technologies and disciplines, including devops, data engineering, cyber security, web development, business intelligence, software engineering, and stream processing. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME We are on the hunt for individuals who have a genuine passion for technology. This internship, in partnership with Imperial College London’s MSc AI course, spans four months. During this time, you will refine your ML operations and applied ML skills by working on a project within the ML team. You'll be part of an advanced team where you can take on as much responsibility and independence as you wish. The project you will be working on holds real importance to the team. As one of our recent areas of development, you will play a key role in advancing our ML capabilities. All interns receive end-to-end support from our teams, from initial orientation to a performance review on completion of your internship. This includes personalized mentorship, regular seminars with senior managers and essential staff, social events, and the opportunity to partake in the firm's charity activities. Upon conclusion of the internship, you will present your project to the entire Technology team. APPLICATION PROCESS 1) Initial Screening: If your CV passes the initial screening stage, we will conduct an initial technical screen through Codility. 2) Presentation Interview: Successful candidates will be asked to virtually present on an ML/AI project of their choice. 3) Interviews: If you progress to the next stage you will be invited to the office for a series of interviews. This is the final stage of the process. 4) Offers and Feedback: We understand the time and effort you've dedicated to your application, whatever the result, we can offer you feedback on your application.
