Job Description:
1. Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.

3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure the team's success.
4. Data Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize data pipelines using Apache Airflow to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability.
5. Data Visualization: Create meaningful and informative data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant data governance and security standards.
8. Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address data-related issues.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analytics processes and tools.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related).
2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis.
3. Proven experience with Azure cloud services and data stack.
4. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
5. Proficiency in Apache Airflow for ETL workflows.
6. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
7. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
8. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
10. Knowledge of real estate or proptech industry a plus.
