Our client is a top-tier data analytics consulting company! They identify and present key factors through customizable graphics and displays, giving them the ability to influence their client's business future. They are in search of a seasoned Business Analytics Engineer with an excellent knowledge of data analytics, detailed attention, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will act as a business analytics support engineer, constructing reports, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics projects for their clients, ensuring that client requests for new machine learning models, data sources, data pipelines, analytics-ready datasets, and dashboards are accurately registered, translated, and implemented within different platforms. Duties and Responsibilities: - Communicating with teammates to understand, interpret, and document business needs, customer data, and dashboard and report requirements. - Using Domo, duckDB, dbt, R or Python and other tools to create insightful, well-designed, and responsive dashboards based on customer needs. - Constructing machine learning statistical models and putting them into operation. - Ensuring the accuracy and usability of all data visualizations and reports facing the customer. - Facilitating efficient data exchange from the customer's systems to ours. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer or data scientist. - Experience or education in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - Demonstrated competence as a data scientist. - Proficiency in using Domo or other BI tools to design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports. - Exceptional analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights. - Strong customer-service orientation, capable of managing client expectations and maintaining lasting relationships. - Knowledge of data privacy practices and regulations would be a plus.
