We are in search of a motivated Product Manager to become part of our team and assist us in improving our NLP AI product. This is a dynamic, Agile development environment, thus a team-focused approach with outstanding communication skills is vital, as this role covers all elements involved in delivering an industry-first product to our clients. While prior experience in AI is not a prerequisite, the ideal candidate should exhibit a strong interest in the industry, coupled with previous experience in a Product or Project Management role. The individual should be adaptable, committed to excellence, and possess a keen desire to help the business outpace its competitors.

VAIX is a trailblazing AI solutions provider for the iGaming industry. Drawing on more than 50+ years of online gaming experience, we have crafted bespoke Deep Learning algorithms specifically designed for the iGaming sector.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing, evaluating, and managing all NLP models to optimize performance and ensure a high level of precision.

• Organizing messages according to content and sentiment across multiple clients.

• Engaging with clients to answer inquiries, gather requirements, or instruct them on software usage.

• Partnering and coordinating with team members to continually refine working processes and shared knowledge.

• Innovating, testing, and documenting new features or products. This may involve: market/customer research, functional specifications, story grooming, QA, customer communication, and updating documentation.

• Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• More than 3 years in a Product role.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Spanish, Italian, or Danish language skills are a plus.

• Experience in the online gaming/casino industry is preferable.

• Analytical problem solver with a drive for excellence.

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• Able to achieve necessary tasks with high accuracy within the set timeframe.

• Experience in NLP or machine learning is a bonus.
