Job Description

• You are responsible for aggregating & linking various data and data sources on a customer level
• You develop target images for our sales and major stakeholders from multi-dimensional data
• You identify new growth fields and make StepStone even more successful
• You create visualizations and master essential parameters to process and simultaneously reduce to the essential
• On the basis of your analyses, you create an in-depth knowledge transfer, bringing together sales, service, and customer perspectives
• You take responsibility for performance and B2B marketing dashboards
• In this role, you are an important input provider and sparring partner for our diverse analysis and BI teams

Qualifications

• A successful degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, business informatics or a comparable education is desirable but not a must-have
• At least 2 years of professional experience with visualization platforms, Power BI, and/or Tableau is an advantage
• A profound understanding of data with the absolute will to make the company and people more successful
• Extensive knowledge about data structures and databases (MySQL)
• Ideally, you have knowledge in Python, SQL & Sales Force
• Ability to translate complex results & insights into business language
