Job Description

You perfect what we do today, create what we do next year and maintain a data warehouse that's prepared for new developments. That sounds great but also a bit vague.

In more concrete terms, you manage and optimise the data warehouse to ensure its stability and reliability while also ensuring its ability to expand when desired - for instance, implementing AI. Based on the needs of the internal organization, you think along and plan for potential solutions.

• You report, manage and optimise data flows and data analysis
• You actively search for (new) opportunities and possibilities in the data
• You detect and analyse irregularities in the data and clean them up where necessary
• You develop predictive algorithms
• You unlock (new) sources and load data into a Data Warehouse
• You gather requirements, including from data analysts and the internal organization, and prepare the necessary data sets

Job Requirements

You're committed to the organisation, take initiative and can work independently. You like to stay informed about market developments and show ownership. You have a result-oriented attitude, are ambitious, can communicate clearly and kindly. You are preferably a member of team Star Trek, but we're happy to make exceptions ;)

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or a similar system (see Delta lake, Databricks)
• You have knowledge of Power BI so you understand how to respond to it
• You enjoy working in an Agile way
• You have some knowledge of database languages such as Python
• You have experience with setting up and maintaining a data warehouse
