Key Responsibilities
- Developing smart algorithms and practical solutions for our data analysis challenges.
- Creating metrics to measure the outcome/impact of implemented solutions.
- Developing and maintaining API to aid other teams in retrieving metrics.
- Collaborating with other team members to implement and integrate into our existing systems.
- Documenting and improving the solutions over time.
- Evaluating and identifying new technologies for implementation.
- Communicating with our business and technical teams to understand analytics requirements.
- Responding and following up to incorporate feedback and discover new insights.
- Prioritizing tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Expertise in either Python, Scala, Spark or NodeJS is required.
- Proficiency in multiple languages among the ones listed is a plus.
- Familiarity with MongoDB is beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with ad serving, ad tracking, and optimization is preferred.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to learn and ability to quickly grasp new technologies or concepts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Capability to remain productive under pressure.
- High standards of work ethic and attitude with good task follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
