At Pacmed, we develop world-leading AI-based decision support software for intensive care doctors. This is a hugely exciting field where we're pushing edges every day. We're on a lookout for a data scientist who's enthusiastic about collaborating with hospitals to implement our product. We have presently deployed our software in our first ICUs and aspire to expand across the Netherlands and beyond.
In the Implementation & Care team, you'll work as a Data Scientist in close liaison with the hospitals for our software implementation. The team's collective aim is to substantially reduce the time required for product implementation by the end of 2024. As you'll be interacting closely with our clients, your work forms a critical component of achieving this goal.
Alongside Brian (Implementation Manager) and Ewoud (Adoption Specialist), we have another Data Scientist, Mattia, who expanded his skillset to encompass the engineering abilities needed for implementations. In this role, we hope you're excited about embarking on a similar learning curve!
One thing's for certain, each day you'll interact with enthusiastic and mission-led individuals who are passionate about transforming healthcare through technology.
Collaborate with our clients to ensure that Pacmed Critical is integrated in the ICT infrastructure of the hospitals on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. You should be enthusiastic about working directly with clients!
Proactively support hospital partners throughout the implementation process, contributing to the overall project planning.
Setting up the Azure environment for hospitals, secure network connections, real-time data links, and single sign-on.
Pacmed Critical's embedding and integration in the hospitals' EPD/PDMS front-end.
Critically evaluate areas for improvement/automation in the existing development process, suggesting ways for enhancement and coordinating with the relevant teams at Pacmed for their implementation.
Contribute to the training of the machine-learning (ML) models behind Pacmed Critical, their testing, and deployment in the hospital IT environment.
Handle the technical aspects of customer support provided to hospitals where Pacmed Critical is already implemented.
As a dynamic startup, we're devoted to improving global healthcare.
We're committed to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for our team.
We're a team of talented individuals focused on mutual growth.
We promote a culture of kindness and respect.
We are a goal-oriented yet fun-loving team, with frequent team events
Our apologies, but there is no need to apply if you do not meet these requirements.
