About the Role
We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with a combination of legal and technology experience. Your primary responsibility will be to write prompts for large language models to better cater to the legal industry. Your unique set of skills will support us in developing AI solutions that fulfill the complex requirements of the legal field. You will be pushing to the edge of what is possible with some of the world's most advanced AI tools.
What You’ll Be Doing…
Design, implement, test, and refine prompts for language models designed for the legal industry, ensuring the delivery of precise, legally robust, and contextually suitable responses.
Collaborate with legal knowledge engineers and other teams at Sirion to collect requirements.
Incorporate the language models into multi-step systems, assessing their performance, and making necessary adjustments.
Job Requirements
Juris Doctor Degree
Knowledge of commercial contract law
Strong understanding of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Experience in an R&D role is preferred but not required
At least 2 years of working experience with machine learning models and/or LLMs
Proficiency in Python is a plus
Behavioural Competencies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in simple terms
Preference for someone with experience in legal technology or in developing AI solutions for the legal industry.
