Job Description

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of overall IT experience
• 2+ years Domain experience in Healthcare (Pharma)
• MS or PhD (preferably PhD) in computer science or a related field, focusing on computer vision, robotics, or deep learning
• Ideal if published in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NIPS, ICLR, ICML, or have invention reports/patents
• Proficiency in one of the following DL frameworks Tensorflow, Keras, Caffe, Pytorch; good understanding of advanced statistical methods; experience in creating statistical models and/or optimization frameworks to improve processes/products/profits
• Adept at using OpenCV and other image processing libraries
• Experience with Machine learning algorithms like regression, SVM, clustering etc.,
• Preferred: experience working with IP cameras / GIGE cameras / live data acquisition / data acquisition optimization
• Prior experience with Cloud or Edge deployment architectures
• Technologically skilled and willing to work with open-source tools
• Possesses ability to apply statistical and machine learning techniques like mean-variance, k-means, nearest-neighbor, support vector, Bayesian time-series, and network analysis to identify outliers, classify events or actors, and correlate anomalous sequences of events

Essential Skills:

• Experience in Computer Vision – 5 to 8 years
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare (preferably Pharma)
• MS or PhD preferred; with published research papers, invention reports/patents
• Strong knowledge of Computer vision algorithms with practical experience, machine learning and deep learning for Vision data
• Experience in the Medical field will be preferred; good knowledge of advanced statistical methods is essential. Duties will include mining and analyzing data, applying statistical methods as necessary, to generate crucial product insights based on customers’ discovery, and viewing experiences.
• Ability to interact with our research team and key market partners to construct end-to-end AI/ML solutions
• Ability to oversee the development of product class algorithms including data acquisition, processing and deployment in edge or cloud
• Ability to work closely with product and engineering leaders throughout the lifecycle of a project. Ensuring that necessary data is captured; analytic needs are well-defined and coordinating the analytic needs
• Responsible for defining the software and system architectures for next generation computer vision and artificial intelligence-based solutions in the advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous mobility domain
• Ability to drive efforts to empower product and engineering leaders by sharing your knowledge and insights through effective communication, education, and data visualization
• Ability to build custom data labeling services to increase the quality of our training data
• Should have independently managed a project technically and provided guidance to other team members
• Experience in transforming ideas into actionable designs
• Ability to persuade stakeholders and promote effective techniques through development
• Performing as a technical authority for our larger customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to articulate a clear, concise, actionable story with data to a diverse audience across various levels of the company
• Ability to lead a project independently
• Ability to provide technical directions to junior team members and allocate tasks to appropriate team members

Desired Skills:

• Programming skills – Python, C/C++
• Knowledge of containers – like Docker
• Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines
