Your Role at TTEC Digital

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the gathering of requirements and the design of solutions alongside Business Analysts.
• Architect and design both transactional and knowledge bots for chat and voice interfaces.
• Develop and support automation to ensure bot and model efficacy.
• Utilize technologies such as DialogFlow, NLU & NLG/LLM, ML, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python.
• Implement program leadership with a focus on governance and change enablement.
• Apply best practices in software development, REST API creation, NoSQL, and RDBMS optimization.

What We Require:

• Expertise in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), GenAI, Google Dialog Flow, and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Java, or Python; SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud architecture solutions, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with contact center solutions and technologies like Google CCAI, Cisco, and Genesys is preferred.
