Job Description

What will be your everyday work?

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing and completing key business reports to support the operational effectiveness of the channel.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders
• Coordinate with the IT Team on data validation for reporting development and updates
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence Tools
• Analyse data and reporting to identify business trends

Qualifications

Essential

• 2-5 years of equivalent relevant experience
• Open to work in the Mall of Asia Business Complex
• Proficient Excel user
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and with confidence
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to take ownership of agreed outcomes and deliverables
• Keen attention to detail
• Common sense and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Consultation and facilitation abilities
• Strong experience with SQL data processing
• Experience with PostGre SQL
• Advanced knowledge of BI Tools, PowerPivot, and data cubes
• Experience with developing dashboards with PowerBI and other BI tools (both on-premises and cloud)
• Ability to translate data into meaningful reporting, dashboards, visualisations
• Understanding of data models

Desirable

• Experience with contact centres
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Tableau and other BI tools
• Experience with AI tools
