Position Overview: Data Management Manager
As a Data Management Manager, you will:
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant field experience.
- Be customer-oriented, enthusiastic, assertive, and capable of taking charge of customer engagement and problem resolution.
- Possess self-management skills.
- Be a team player with excellent customer service, telecommunication, oral, and written skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and time management abilities.
- Have a deep understanding of Service Desk processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
The Data Management Manager will:
- Coordinate with all relevant personnel from in-house or third parties.
- Gather and combine all logs and data relevant to the IT Service Desk.
- Present data and logs to stakeholders in an understandable format for laypersons.
- Adhere to all DXC Policies & Procedures, including Security and the Standard of Business Conduct (SOBC).
Core Competency Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow or other Knowledge Bases.
- Process documentation expertise.
- Solid understanding of the business of their Service Delivery Unit/site.
- Strong coordination, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ethics and Compliance:
- Standard of Business Conduct (SOBC): Maintain honesty, courtesy, and fairness in dealings with customers, suppliers, and competitors. Avoid activities that could negatively impact yourself or DXC.
- Records Management: Ensure confidentiality of all DXC confidential information including support processes, technical information, personnel, and financial records.
- Global Security: Conduct business ensuring workforce and workplace security, adhering to DXC Security Policies.
- IT Security: Protect DXC's brand, reputation, IT infrastructure, and digital information by complying with the DXC Information Security Policy.
