About the Role

Our Global Data Insight & Analytics team is expanding and looking to hire a Machine Learning DevSecOps Engineer. In this role, you will spearhead our efforts to develop and implement a cutting-edge Data Science / AI/ML platform. This position encourages collaboration and continuous delivery with a team of engineers, business partners, product managers, and designers, fostering an environment of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning DevSecOps Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Tech Anchor, Product Manager, and Product Owner to deliver an advanced MLOps platform in GCP using Python and other tools.
• Innovate and standardize machine learning development practices.
• Use Paired Programming for problem-solving, cross-training, and expediting delivery.
• Leverage the latest technologies in ML, NLP, GCP, AIOPs, and Kubernetes.
• Design and develop ML models to address complex business problems.
• Automate the deployment, training, and re-training of ML models using agile practices and MLOps.
• Manage model versioning and traceability effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you need:

• Proven English proficiency (written and verbal).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Python and Cloud Engineering/Services such as GCP Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with ML workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubeflow.
• Experience in DevSecOps using tools such as Jenkins/Tekton and Checkmarx.
• Proficiency in container management solutions like Kubernetes, Docker, and GKE.
• Skill in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.

Desired Skills

Preferred candidates will also have:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with Terraform and software craftsmanship practices like Paired Programming and Test-Driven Development.
• A deep understanding of MLOPs and machine learning frameworks like Sklearn, TensorFlow, and Pytorch.
• Experience applying Agile practices to solution delivery.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and concepts.
