Job Summary
The Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. in Racine, WI is responsible for building strategy for an enterprise-level data foundation, developing sustainable support models, driving end-user adoption, and delivering business value. This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Shape analytics capability roadmaps to accelerate business outcomes, working with business units, regional/functional stakeholders, and the Data & Analytics technical team.
- Recommend and evaluate software solutions and their impact on current business processes.
- Understand existing, emergency, and emerging business software requirements in Sales & Marketing by collaborating with business process owners.
- Research and evaluate software solutions and application alternatives.
- Define and orchestrate strategy for data foundation, modernize reporting & analytics, and infuse advanced analytical capabilities into business processes.
- Provide regular, transparent communication on progress against analytics product/solutions and capability roadmaps to both internal BPT and functional stakeholders.
- Drive harmonization and standardization of data, reporting, and analytics solutions to unlock efficiency and business insights.
- Manage risk associated with implementation and facilitate continuous improvement processes to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure delivery of scalable processes and tools to automate or transform work that is disparate, manual, or time-consuming.
Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies
The candidate must have a Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, along with five years of experience in a SAP TPM occupation within a global organization covering multiple functions. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with seven years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Additional requirements include five years of experience in:
- Integration of SAP TPM, TCM, and TFM with other SAP modules (SAP ERP, BW, HANA, and Dispute Management).
- Software requirements gathering, documenting, conceptual design, prototyping, and validating business stakeholder needs.
- SAP configuration, RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, and Workflows), and customization and development standards.
- TPM Optimization, Retail-Consumption, and CRM analytics.
- Digital marketing analytics.
- Written and verbal communication and collaboration with Sales and Marketing senior executives and leaders.
- Guiding teams in feature engineering, algorithmic choices, hypothesis testing, performance improvements, and model refreshes.
- IT outsourcing models and governance, including Cloud, Managed Services, and Strategic Sourcing partnerships.
- MLOps for model deployment and CI/CD pipeline deployment.

This is a full-time position. Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
