Day-to-Day Responsibilities

If you decide to join us, you will work with a team of experts in artificial intelligence, data, and analytics. Among the tasks you will perform are:

• Design reliable, scalable, and efficient data pipelines to extract data from internal and external sources, generating datasets for the training and inference of AI models.
• Monitor the quality and performance of data pipelines.
• Design data models that facilitate analysis and the achievement of business objectives, ensuring their quality.
• Develop and optimize procedures to productize reliable, scalable models that facilitate monitoring performance and result quality.
• Implement visualization solutions that aid in understanding data and making business decisions intuitively.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to define, execute, and deploy new services.
• Design and improve the infrastructure to implement new tools that optimize development time and costs.
• Stay updated and promote best practices in system integration, security, performance, and data processing.

Technical Skills

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or similar.
• High level of English B2 (spoken and written).
• Experience in creating data processing pipelines with ETL tools, Python, and/or R in local, Cloud, and Big Data environments.
• Knowledge of modern data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Apache Flink, among others.
• Familiarity with various data storage technologies (file-based, relational, columnar, document, key-value, etc.).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and their lifecycle (MLOps).
• Experience in developing descriptive analyses, generating detailed reports to share knowledge with the team and clients.
• Experience in developing visualization tools with Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) or custom web development.
