Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for all business intelligence related to a specific therapeutic area. As a Data and Analytics Analyst, you will also influence the direction of this field by providing data-driven recommendations to the core team.
- Undeniably understand the market intelligence associated with an assigned therapeutic area.
- Conduct in-depth operational analyses by triangulating information from various sources to improve decision-making and fill key gaps.
- Use advanced diagnostic and statistical techniques to develop recommendations to optimize our activities.
- Build a strong relationship with therapeutic area teams to provide analyses that meet their operational and decision-making needs.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture throughout the organization.
- Define, measure, and maintain customer performance indicators and key performance indicators in collaboration with brand teams.
- Create and maintain performance reports in various formats, as needed.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create, improve, and automate data processes and visualization through dashboards.
- Manage, consult, and archive all assigned therapeutic market studies.
- Excellent commercial analysis skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience assimilating, modeling, analyzing, and reporting from different data sources.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques.
- Helping others understand their complex competitive environment with a data-oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and analyses into actionable plans or programs for internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting complex insights.
- Team spirit capable of positively influencing and motivating internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial analysis field.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (like PowerBI).
- Experience in commercial analysis or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly highly regulated sector.
- Ability to communicate in French (oral and written).
- Strong strategic skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
