Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by sourcing and closing new business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Hyperscience product and its role in automation and transformation industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, online demos, proposal creation, and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with consistent forecasting.
  • Surpass outbound phone calls, emails, online demos, and trial goals every quarter.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and foster future product growth.
  • Provide valuable market and client feedback to the Hyperscience product and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience in an outbound or quota-carrying role, specifically with State and Local Governments in the Western and Central US.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and deliver strong presentations.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience with modern prospecting, nurturing, and pipeline technologies.
  • Highly motivated, driven to learn, and tenacious.

This position is field-based, and we welcome candidates who can efficiently work with local governments without extensive travel. Candidates must reside or be located in the Northeastern United States.

Compensation and Benefits

The target OTE range for this role is $230,000 - $310,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs. Our comprehensive compensation packages include base salary, equity, and the following benefits:
