Key Responsibilities:

As an Aftersales Business Intelligence Sr Analyst, you will:

• Monitor and report on performance metrics for Service Lane Sales Channels using Urban Science as the BI platform.
• Engage actively in the creation and monthly follow-up of the Aftersales Business Plan, focusing on sell-out per dealer, regionally and nationally.
• Provide top management with reporting on Business Plan figures at local, regional, and global levels.
• Support field performance for daily operations and ongoing monitoring, analyzing operational trends to ensure the fulfillment of Aftersales’ objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities within commercial operations through daily performance trend analysis.
• Support the field force team with business intelligence to generate performance tracking reports and consultancy tools.
• Coordinate and support the Dealer Target Setting process for main operational KPIs.

Education and Certifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive System Engineering.

Experience:

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate finance, business analysis, or planning.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly valued.
• Must have experience with relational databases and their applications.
• Preference for candidates with experience in vendor management and working with Advertising Agencies.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, and capable of managing tasks effectively.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Competency in vendor and business partner management is advantageous.
