Your Role as an AI Engineer

In this hands-on position, you will:

• Adhere to and contribute towards our steadfast delivery principles.
• Develop scalable and efficient AI pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models in a real-world setting.
• Enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models by engaging in rigorous experimentation and optimization.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and model lifecycle.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI and machine learning technologies, integrating them into our solutions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and program management to align with client requirements.
• Utilize predefined architectural components to design fitting solutions for client needs.
• Engage in client-focused software development, working synergistically with global team members.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Expertise in software engineering best practices, such as version control, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience in specialized AI/ML domains such as natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Demonstrated ability in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably within a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• A solid grasp of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation/validation.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and deploying AI models at scale.
• Robust problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
