Job Description

We're searching for a remarkable Product Manager who is eager to play a crucial role in shaping the future of HR Tech by leveraging artificial intelligence to innovate HR processes, heighten employee engagement, and drive quantifiable results.

As the AI Product Manager, you will lead innovation by studying emerging AI and analytics trends, pinpointing market opportunities, championing ethical AI, and formulating an enticing product vision and roadmap that harnesses AI to revolutionize HR tech solutions.

This role is perfect for you if you are a Product Manager with a deep understanding of user-centric feature development, experience with SaaS products and AI-driven solutions, and a passion for transforming the recruitment industry.

This is an interdisciplinary role: you will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to deliver a top-tier product. Own your product domain from concept to implementation and beyond, applying continuous feature improvement frameworks and scrupulously measuring their impact on our users.

What you will do:

• Drive innovation by researching emerging AI trends, endorsing ethical AI, and formulating a compelling product vision and roadmap that integrates AI
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product marketing to deliver a world-class product
• Spearhead the product discovery with your product triad (engineering and design)
• Develop a robust product strategy to foster our growth and build prototypes by using both qualitative and quantitative research to operationalize it
• Identify new market opportunities to stimulate innovation and business growth
• Use active listening with customers while possessing a critical acumen to make strategic product decisions that align with the broader vision
• Work with data to pinpoint opportunities and drive measurable results
• Advocate for your product area; inspiring team members and stakeholders about the impact and potential ahead

Qualifications

• More than three years of experience managing SaaS or B2B products, with a strong focus on developing AI-enabled products
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, preferably their use in HR
• Experience in aligning product and technical roadmaps with a keen understanding of team capabilities and restrictions for achievable outcomes
• Strategic thinker with a history of driving product innovation
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
• Good grasp of UX
• Empathy and active listening skills
• Inclination for data-led decision-making
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Capacity to collaborate and lead across multiple teams on complex projects
• Proficient in English
• Bonus, technical experience or education
