Role Overview

As an AI Solutions Specialist at WalkMe, you will collaborate with our strategic clients and global sales teams to align customers' AI business vision, strategy, and architecture with specific AI solutions within the WalkMe X portfolio. You will be instrumental in understanding and addressing clients' business challenges through WalkMe, guiding the AI technology evaluation process, and demonstrating deep expertise in the AI market, industry trends, solutions, and architectures. You will serve as a bridge between sales, product, engineering, and delivery to architect solutions that integrate WalkMe’s AI capabilities. You will report directly to the SVP of Global Presales.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting WalkMe X Account Executives by adopting a consultative approach during the customers' evaluation processes. This includes answering technical questions, troubleshooting development/configuration issues, and managing escalations to Support and Engineering.
  • Developing strong technical relationships within customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Communicating the value of WalkMe X via phone, presentations, and live/online product demonstrations.
  • Managing technical POC’s both onsite and offsite.
  • Collaborating on and presenting custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle.
  • Speaking at field events on both technical and non-technical AI topics.
  • Promoting product knowledge by writing blogs and participating in demo-inspired webinars as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with generative and contextual AI, including various LLMs, AI architectures, deployment models, prompt development, and security.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS sales with enterprise customers in roles such as technical pre-sales, sales engineer, functional/technical consultant, or architect.
  • The ability to examine, interpret, and convey complex technical information to audiences of varying technical levels.
  • Experience building and presenting demo environments for diverse audience levels, from engineers to C-level executives.
  • A deep understanding of AI enterprise technologies and business contexts.
  • The ability to aggregate feedback from customer meetings and convey insights to product management and engineering teams.

Compensation

Our job titles may span multiple career levels. The starting base pay for this role ranges from $150,000 to $185,000, subject to factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
