About the Role: AI Tutor and Software Engineer

We are excited to offer opportunities for experienced individuals to contribute to diverse projects involving data labeling, coding, and improving AI model performance. Your work will directly influence the advancement of state-of-the-art AI technology.

Who We Are Looking For

Level 1 (Bachelor's Level):

• Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus

Level 2 (Master's Level):

• Meet all Level 1 requirements
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Working knowledge of multiple programming languages
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models

Level 3 (PhD Level):

• Expertise in advanced machine learning techniques (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP)
• Strong research background in AI/ML, evidenced by publications or projects
• Ability to design and implement novel algorithms and models
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Data Labeling: Annotate and label datasets for various AI tasks, including natural language processing and computer vision.
• Code Evaluation & Debugging: Analyze and assess code snippets generated by AI models, identifying errors and providing improvement feedback.
• Model Training: Contribute to AI model training with high-quality labeled data and performance feedback.
• Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively with other AI professionals, data scientists, and engineers.

Compensation and Work Model

Pay Range: $15—$60 USD per hour
