The Role: AI/ML Operations Engineer

As an AI/ML Operations Engineer at Fabley, you play a pivotal role in our core operations. Your responsibilities will include hosting, inference, and fine-tuning a variety of AI models such as image generators, large language models (LLMs), text-to-speech (TTS) models, and video generation models. Excitement for new AI research and its applications is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ways to bring the Fabley vision to life through innovative AI solutions.
• Host and manage AI models using cloud computing technologies like Stable Diffusion and CivitAI.
• Fine-tune AI models based on user feedback to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Optimize the speed of inference and API responses to ensure efficient model operations.
• Monitor and manage cloud computing expenses to optimize resource use.

Basic Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a STEM discipline; or at least four years of relevant software development experience.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying software in real-world applications.
• Strong capabilities in debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing.
• Experience with machine learning, training, and fine-tuning AI models, and conducting inference on cloud GPUs (e.g., LambdaLabs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technologies like LangChain, vector databases, and Stable Diffusion.
