Job Description: AI Generative Analyst Intern

Integrated into the Business Technology department and the Data Office team, you will work on exploring and prototyping generative AI use cases relevant to our business activities. You will collaborate closely with architecture, innovation, and operations teams to identify, prioritize, elaborate on, and prototype the most pertinent use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technology watch on the latest advancements in generative AI.
• Identify and prioritize the most relevant use cases for Coface with the innovation and operations teams.
• Detailed description of selected use cases, specifying required data, expected benefits, implementation methods (Copilot, prompt engineering, development, etc.).
• Prototype selected use cases using appropriate tools and technologies (Copilot for MS 365, open source LLMs, cloud providers, etc.).
• Test and iterate to improve the performance and robustness of prototypes.
• Assist users with their Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on Copilot for MS 365.
• Evaluate run costs and determine the best economic options between on-premise or cloud infrastructure.
• Assess the performance of use cases post-testing (cost, savings, potential gains in time, amount, or other relevant measures).
• Present results to teams in Data Office, Architecture, Innovation, and Operations.

Qualifications:

• Final year student in a master's program or engineering school specializing in AI/Machine Learning.
• Good understanding of generative AI technologies (Transformers, Tokenizers, various LLMs, Agents, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of related prototyping and deployment tools (Python, LangChain, Llama Index, prompt engineering, RAG techniques, Ollama, Autogen, CrewAI, Gradio).
• Previous experience in AI/ML prototype development.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Knowledge of Copilot for MS 365 is a significant plus.
• Understanding of Java is advantageous for potential business application integration.
