Job Summary
The role involves cross-functional collaboration to collect data and develop models to identify trends using a range of data sources. The job includes retrieving, analyzing, and summarizing business, operations, employee, customer, and/or economic data to develop business intelligence, increase effectiveness, predict business outcomes and for decision-making purposes. This could include measuring the impact of new products or features via normalization techniques, optimizing business processes through robust A/B testing, segmenting customers to identify opportunities for differentiated treatment, understanding drivers of key business trends, identifying customer sentiment drivers through Natural Language Processing (NLP) of Net Promotor System (NPS) survey responses, and developing frameworks to drive upsell strategy for existing customers. The role requires moderate guidance in its specific area of expertise.

Core Responsibilities
This role works with business leaders to understand data and analysis needs, develops technical requirements, identifies alternative data sources as needed, and analyzes large, complex data to determine actionable business insights. The role requires querying big data platforms such as Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS, combining data from different sources for analysis, identifying key business drivers and insights, and developing sales, demand, and business metric forecasting models. The role also involves analyzing campaign results to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities, clearly communicating findings, promoting a culture of excellence, staying current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning, and exercising independent judgment on significant matters. Regular, punctual attendance is required, as is the ability to work evenings and weekends. Other duties may be assigned.
