Position Summary:
The Analyst – Data Scientist will play a critical role in advancing our business objectives through extensive data analysis and report development. Responsibilities include data cleansing, crafting presentations, and contributing to strategic initiatives in collaboration with various teams. This role is pivotal in documenting requirements and communicating actionable insights to drive business success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate dashboards, reports, and critical metrics by understanding the vision and gathering requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with business stakeholders on project statuses and issue resolutions.
- Implement and track goals and initiatives, measuring progress through metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of the macro environment and its business impacts.
- Identify white space opportunities by conducting comprehensive research.
- Assist with data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of analytics projects.
- Understand and align with business goals set by management.
- Capture and document business/technical requirements.
- Support change initiatives and strategic transformations.
- Collaborate with the Information Technology group to resolve system issues.

Internal: PVH Executive & Business Leadership, HR, IT, Logistics, Supply & Demand Leadership, CRA, Marketing
External: Consumer Partners (L1 & L2)

Qualifications & Experience:
- 0-3 years in data analytics; experience in corporate retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and writing SQL.
- Entry-level experience with statistical programming languages like Python and R.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of basic statistics and ability to communicate complex data simply and effectively.
- Basic understanding of business financials (e.g., ROI, profitability).
Education:
BS/BA Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Management) or equivalent experience.

Pay Range:
$65,000 - $75,000
PVH provides base salary ranges for all positions in the U.S. based on local requirements. Salary ranges reflect PVH's belief in what should be paid for the role at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as qualifications, geographic location, and relevant skills.
