What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models.
• Develop and implement scalable and reliable analytics tools, KPI dashboards, and metrics to drive decisions.
• Design and implement data quality processes within our software systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver complete data products including datasets, reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and data product teams to implement advanced analytics models.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines.
• Build and implement version control data pipelines, data unit testing, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
• Continuously improve reporting and analysis processes through automation and simplification to support customer self-service.
• Maintain a data catalog as a scalable resource to support self-service and single-source-of-truth analytics.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with modern data stack (Databricks, dbt, Github, Airflow, Fivetran, Power BI).
• Proficiency in extracting, transforming, and loading data from varied sources using SQL, Python, dbt, Spark, and AWS technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively in large teams and dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and using industry-standard business intelligence tools to build reports.
• Familiarity with agile concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
