Job Summary

As an Applied AI/ML, Sr. Associate, you will utilize your profound interest in data and extensive experience in scientific methods to build and deploy machine learning models. Your role will involve developing end-to-end ML pipelines, training models on large-scale datasets, and collaborating on sophisticated data modeling projects. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, and MLOps is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and train advanced ML models on extensive datasets, targeting various business scenarios in Commercial Banking.
• Employ large-scale data processing tools like Spark and AWS EMR for feature engineering, handling both structured and unstructured data.
• Apply Deep Learning techniques including CNN, RNN, and BERT for tasks such as entity resolution, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Implement ML models on both Public and Private cloud infrastructures, including Kubernetes.
• Create end-to-end ML pipelines to revamp existing business applications into AI-driven systems.
• Integrate and manage both batch and real-time prediction models with existing applications and front-end systems.
• Collaborate on large-scale experimental data models, perform evaluations, and extract critical insights.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Data Scientist.
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, and MLOps.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying scalable distributed ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Presto, Spark, and AWS.
• Well-versed in various machine learning techniques and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines using frameworks like KubeFlow, TensorFlow, or involvement with crowd-sourced data labeling is highly desirable.
