We're offering an opportunity for an AI learning strategist dedicated to tackling some of the federal government’s biggest challenges by creating transformative data science and AI learning programs. These programs aid our clients in adopting AI solutions efficiently and effectively.
As a leader on our team, you'll collaborate with data science and AI experts to ascertain training needs and recommend the most suitable learning solution to help us achieve our goal of being the government's largest provider of AI consulting. You will design and implement learning and talent strategies that help transform our clients’ workforces to keep up with the rapidly evolving technology landscape. By placing the learner at the center of the training experience, you'll provide strategic rigor as the team designs training material, performance support tools, and learning application experiences. Utilizing your technical skills, creativity, and experience, you'll come up with innovative ideas for creating engaging, interactive learning experiences. You'll propose state-of-the-art multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning and gamification, to establish a successful learning environment. Because communication is key, you'll meet with subject matter experts throughout the process to discuss learning material and integrate feedback. To ensure your solution is effective, you'll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model, then refine your training for maximum impact. You Have:
- 6 years of experience with leading learning and development programs and designing and developing learning and talent development strategies
- Experience with developing training material and plans for technical and non-technical staff
- Experience with authoring instructional materials, defining learning objectives, and developing knowledge assessments
- Experience with analyzing existing learning programs, identifying gaps, and recommending strategies for enhancing and scaling learning opportunities
- Experience with building performance support tools, skills application experiences, or mentorship programs to supplement content learned in the classroom
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
- Ability to assess learning needs, collaborate with content subject matter experts, and design instructional content accordingly
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with training program evaluation, including the Kirkpatrick Model
- Experience with developing data science, analytics, or AI training programs
- Knowledge of a diverse range of data science tools, including R or Python and tradecraft, including AI
- Knowledge of user-centered design
- Bachelor's degree in Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Instructional Design Certification
- Change Management Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). This projected salary range just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
