Join Celonis as an Associate Backlog Data Analyst

We're currently seeking a talented Associate Backlog Data Analyst to join our dynamic Engineering Operations Department.

About the Role

As an integral member of our Support Operations team, you will focus on building analytics and analyzing support backlog data across multiple systems using our powerful Celonis EMS platform. Your efforts will unveil critical insights that contribute to strategic and operational excellence within our Engineering organization.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain predictive models to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Create metrics and visualizations to aid in decision-making processes.
• Take ownership of engineering support analytics, producing comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with global teams, enhancing support goals through a data-driven approach.
• Recommend innovative data collection methods to provide deeper business insights.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of Data Science principles and strong data visualization capabilities.
• Programming skills and a proven ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with Google Suite and a strong grasp of data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Jira and IT Service Management experience with ITIL process would be beneficial.
