Job Description & Qualifications

The Boeing Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain AOG Manager to be a first-line leader within Boeing Global Services (BGS). This role involves leading a diverse team responsible for emergent spare part orders for aircrafts, providing 24/7 support through various channels, including phone, online chat, email, and support requests. This position is primarily assigned to the first shift but may require management across all shifts, necessitating flexibility. The role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA, or Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Supply Chain value stream, processes, and leadership in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and execute project plans and training for new employees, implement policies, and set operational goals.
  • Integrate resources for projects, provide technical support, and approve technical approaches and processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and team members.

Compliance Requirements:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is necessary. “US Person” includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees. Boeing will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Boeing Operation functions (Materials Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Supplier Management).
  • Experience in developing training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience handling escalations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Continuous improvement mindset in managing processes.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer service experience and prior experience leading cross-functional teams.

Total Rewards Package:

At Boeing, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package, including base pay, variable compensation opportunities, and benefits such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations.

Salary Range: $119,000 – $161,000.
