Role Overview

As our Business Intelligence Analyst (BI Analyst), you will take on a critical role in using BI tools to ensure process adherence and inform strategic decision-making within our functional assessment service. Our strategy is centered around creating data-driven solutions, driving automated analytics, and analyzing data to identify opportunities that enable business performance. You will work through the end-to-end cycle of requirements gathering, report/dashboard development, and analyzing and interpreting results to offer valuable insights to various stakeholders, thereby enhancing our customer performance.

You will report directly to the Data and Insight Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Expertise: Utilize your deep analyst experience to strengthen our performance and adherence.
  • Data Gathering and Cleansing: Collect and cleanse data from internal and external sources for easy and effective stakeholder use.
  • Interpretation and Insights: Review existing or custom reports to identify performance trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas to streamline existing report mechanisms and deliver information more efficiently to stakeholders.
  • Data Presentation: Provide stakeholders with relevant information in various formats.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Product Improvement Management: Assist in managing improvement products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly understand new business areas and technologies to facilitate impactful conversations with stakeholders.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
  • Data manipulation skills, including the ability to extract, transform, and analyze data sets using BI tools.
  • Problem-solving skills to break down complex issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex issues and data to a non-technical audience.
  • High customer focus, commercial awareness, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
