As a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for data modeling, visualizing, and analyzing to identify business opportunities for our Financial Distribution partners. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting demands, you'll devise strategies that promote strategic growth and advanced performance metrics. Your role will include activities like developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards, and strategic third-party data integration, partnering with external and IT for ongoing bi-directional ETL and data exchange between Corebridge and third-party providers.
About the role
The duties include performing data analysis, data modeling, data visualizations, following business goals and objectives; cooperating with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and creating solutions to meet those needs; evaluating business processes, interpreting, and analyzing complex large scale data sets from different systems; designing and optimizing data structures and data models for reporting and analytics purposes; developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes; troubleshooting data issues, determining root cause, and working on remediation; developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards; developing and maintaining data quality standards and procedures; maintaining documentation or reporting and data solutions; collaborating with teams to identify and implement process improvements, and staying abreast of emerging trends in business intelligence and data analytics.
What we are looking for
We are seeking professionals with 7+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics; proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, R; experience in data warehouse design and implementation, along with ETL tools and processes; familiarity with business processes and data analysis; project management experience including AGILE, budgeting, and resource planning; ability to translate strategic goals into technology solutions; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and cloud computing experience (AWS or Azure is preferred).

For positions based in Woodland Hills California, the base salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 plus a bonus, in accordance with terms of the applicable incentive plan.
