Job Overview

The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulatory Team ensures J.P. Morgan meets AI Regulatory requirements, starting with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act. As an Associate in the AI Regulatory PMO within the Firmwide CDAO, you'll establish and manage program governance processes covering information management, program planning, controls, RAID management, status reporting, and broader program communications. You'll use various tools to facilitate these processes and create reporting and briefing materials. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to provide advice and support in delivering program components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage information utilizing Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams, including control accreditation, documentation storage, updates, and list maintenance.
  • Generate reports and MIS for program governance forums, senior management, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain and update program documentation, SOPs, and guidance to support program governance.
  • Assist the lead PM in governance, planning, RAID, and Change Management activities.
  • Use digital tools like Alteryx workflow, Tableau, and Reporting tools for process automation, notifications, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent information management skills using SharePoint / Confluence.
  • Strong skills or a willingness to learn digital tools like Alteryx & Tableau.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to work systematically.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, able to work under pressure on multiple deliverables to specific deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills based on fact and data analysis.
  • Motivated self-starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving results.
  • Willingness to tackle problems, use initiative, and exert influence to achieve objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a project or program manager and/or working in a PMO is highly desirable.
  • Experience with firm-wide or regional regulatory programs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of or an interest in data management and AI is beneficial.
