Job Summary for Client Data Analyst

Livingston International is looking to hire a detailed-oriented Client Data Analyst to join our Brokerage Client Maintenance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining precise records of client information within our systems.

The ideal candidate will excel in creating, modifying, and inputting information for new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and data integrity.

This full-time position offers a remote work setup and operates during the day shift, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and validation of new client accounts in our CRM system, following Customs regulations.
  • Maintenance of customer account data, including updates to names, addresses, billing details, and rates.
  • Collaborate with various teams within Livingston to support and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ensure the integrity and availability of high-quality data within stipulated timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as prioritized and assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling.
  • Professional demeanor and strong business acumen.
  • Tech proficiency, preferably with experience in Salesforce.com.

Experience and Education:

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Education: High school/GED or equivalent required.
