The Clinical Data Analyst role at Providence St. Peter and Centralia Surgical Services is pivotal in generating clinical intelligence reports and data. These efforts are essential for the effective evaluation of care operations, processes, and outcomes. The position involves creating detailed reports and supporting data processes that help enhance the quality and value of care delivered to our patients. Additionally, the role provides significant analytic support to measure clinical process and outcome measures related to disease management, clinical processes, care pathways, and population health.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in analytics within a healthcare delivery setting (hospital, medical center, etc.), and at least 1 year of experience with report generation from Epic Clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPIC Clarity Certification or Proficiency Certificate highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies, modeling, and hypothesis testing.
