About The Role

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the development of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) by understanding the data to be collected and aligning with the protocol.
• Supporting the assessment of new data collection requirements in assigned studies and providing clinical input into the development of new or updated clinical Data Standards for assigned trials and therapy areas.
• Providing timely information and support for the setup and finalization of accurate and high-quality Data Transfer Specification (DTS) documents.
• Defining a timely data transfer schedule for rapid data availability and review, solving issues between involved parties to streamline and accelerate DTS finalization and revision.
• Offering expert input into the Data Quality Plan (DQP), focusing on clinical checks using standard library checks and accounting for study-specific needs and data risks.
• Conducting regular Clinical Data Reviews (CDRs) in collaboration with the Clinical Data Analyst and clinical team, utilizing visual outputs, listings, and other tools as appropriate.
• Leading CDR meetings, tracking and filing meeting outcomes and actions, and resolving queries related to CDR in the clinical database.
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving Protocol Deviations (PDs) as per Novartis processes, detecting trends, and taking necessary actions.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Clinical Trial Design.
• 3-4 years of experience in Data Review Reporting.
• Relevant educational background in Life Sciences or Healthcare, with professional degrees such as Pharmacists, Nurses, Medical Doctors, or Dentists.
• Experience in Clinical Data Review, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, or Clinical Project Management.
