What You'll Do
As a Clinical Data Specialist I, you'll play a crucial role in managing and supporting the data needs of our clinical trials. This entry-level position involves:
- Contributing to the development of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), eCRF Completion Guidelines (CCGs), and Data Management Plans (DMPs).
- Assisting with the setup, build, and testing of electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems.
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with protocols.
- Supporting the implementation of data management plans and verifying site compliance with electronic data capture requirements.
- Engaging in additional data management tasks such as query management and user access management.
What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent experience in a medical device or related regulated industry.
- Some experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
- A solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP), and CFR regulations.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team and travel 10-30% of the time.

Salary Range
$73,000 - $77,000 annually, with the final offer dependent on experience, education, and internal equity.
