The Role You'll Play

As a Clinical Trial Data Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in our Trial Data Management team. This position requires managing a wide range of data management activities and ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials. You'll provide oversight from the project conception to completion, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. This role involves significant responsibility for both project management and operational execution:

• End-to-end management and oversight of clinical trials.
• Identification and resolution of project risks and issues.
• Development and implementation of Data Management Plans and quality assurance strategies.
• Setting up and maintaining data management systems and interfaces.
• Ensuring clinical data meets all necessary regulatory and quality standards.
• Facilitating decision-making processes and providing comprehensive management reporting.

What It Takes to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Natural/Life Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Veterinary Science or Clinical Information Management.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in data management within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical systems and databases used in drug development.
• Experience in data systems management, analysis, review, and quality/integrity assurance.
• Proficiency in regulatory submissions and familiarity with GCP or GLP guidelines.

Our Clinical Data Operations & Insights group is a robust team of around 400 professionals spread across India, Denmark, and North America. The Data Review and Cleaning group, within the Data Management & Centralised Data Review Department based in Bangalore, is key to modernizing data review and cleaning processes, implementing new methodologies, and developing innovative tools to transform data management.
