We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Vision / Video ML Engineer to join our vibrant team in NYC. This role focuses on harnessing our extensive database of gaming clips, enhancing the accessibility and context of these clips in our products through advanced machine learning techniques such as automated annotations and computer vision.

Enhance Product Functionality: Your efforts will improve the functionality of our library and social search, contributing significantly to the refinement of the ML recommendation algorithms used in Medal's dynamic social feeds.

Future Innovations: Looking ahead, your work will play a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities of our video editor through automation, setting new standards for user engagement and content creation.

What We Require

Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in video machine learning, specializing in image embedding and computer vision. Experience in generative AI is considered a bonus.

Location: This is an in-office role based in New York City, requiring your presence at least 3 days a week to collaborate effectively with our product team.

Skills: You should possess an exceptional grasp of code performance, attention to detail, and the capacity to oversee complex feature developments from start to finish.

Drive: We value a results-driven attitude and the ability to quickly adapt, deliver, and measure success through robust metrics and continual deployments.

Passion for Gaming: A genuine enthusiasm for gaming and active participation in gaming communities are essential. Prior experience with gaming-related projects will be advantageous.
