Michelin, a global leader in tire manufacturing, is hiring a Customer Data Analyst with Spanish. This role is based in our Corporate Business Services center in Bucharest, where over 800 colleagues deliver excellence in various fields such as Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel, and Service Management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Management: Ensure the correct and timely setup, modification, and cancellation of customer accounts, collaborating with the Sales Department to process accurate CarForms.
• Analysis: Investigate and analyze suspicious clients within the set timeframe.
• Audits and Traceability: Participate in both internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and compliance, and implementing action plans as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level both spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes
• A team-oriented and customer-focused attitude
• Proactive initiative

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Sales Department to process accurate CarForms
• Propose solutions to enhance process efficiency
• Conduct internal control processes to protect against fraud risk
• Check and verify suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo)
• Ensure activities are in line with legal, tax, and accounting standards
