Job Overview:

Become a part of the U-Haul team as a Customer Research Analyst. We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented individual to study customer behavior, analyze online reviews, and interpret feedback to provide actionable insights. Your contributions will directly impact the improvement of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior across various channels, including online reviews, surveys, and social media.
• Identify patterns, trends, and key insights from customer feedback to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting purposes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer behavior analysis, market research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with text analytics and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS.
