About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Designer (AI Curator) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for studying multi-channel customer journeys and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, boost engagement, and increase satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the complete customer journey and propose improvements to make it more welcoming, empathetic, and seamless, including transitions between channels (voice, text, and human interactions).
  • Review customer journey processes, extract valuable insights, and suggest enhancements to the user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., retention, engagement, NPS, FCR) to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Adopt the perspective of the customer to recommend clear communication and problem-solving methods.
  • Define, manage, and assess metrics that reflect the customer journey and user experience.
  • Collaborate with operations to find opportunities to improve transitions and human-assisted service experiences.
  • Utilize tools to identify new functionalities and apply them in training AI bots (e.g., Assisted Curation, Process Mining, Speech Analytics).

Professional Requirements:

  • Experience with lean/agile development methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing dialogues for AI-powered robots.
  • Understanding of concepts such as intents and entities.
  • Proficiency with curation tools.
  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
