Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers via telephone, live chat, and written correspondence.
  • Respond to a variety of inbound inquiries, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues or escalate as needed.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the designated division, possessing in-depth knowledge of products, resources, and contacts.
  • Present products, services, and promotions, and send product information according to defined processes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers, and internal interfaces.
  • Monitor work queues for new requests and support sales and marketing functions in developing sustainable customer relationships.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed targets and identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time.
  • Perform additional activities delegated by the direct supervisor.
  • Adhere to all 3M regulations and policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited learning institution.
  • Experience in customer support services, including customer inquiry support, customer service analytics, and call-handling, with a minimum of one (1) year experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce system is preferred.
  • Experienced with cross-functional project participation.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping and interacting with people professionally and courteously.
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other 3M Customer Service systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
