What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst for our Growth organization, you will:

• Manage sales and revenue forecasting, collaborating with the Finance team to enhance company-wide projections.
• Create and maintain leadership dashboards for real-time tracking of OKR & KPI progress, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Develop and curate critical reports for GTM team usage, and design tailor-made Salesforce dashboards for the sales divisions.
• Generate comprehensive reports by integrating data from marketing, sales, and account management to offer insights across the entire GTM funnel.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to devise innovative dashboards and reporting tools beyond Salesforce capabilities.
• Establish and maintain a scalable reporting infrastructure and automate processes where feasible.
• Proactively conduct ad-hoc analyses to drive insights, address specific issues, and suggest actionable strategies for business optimisation.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees are a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role in industries like consulting, technology, healthcare, or similar fields.
• Strong SQL skills with proficiency in querying large datasets and optimizing performance.
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker and excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• A proven track record in building complex forecasting models and familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com and Hubspot.
• Exceptional attention to detail, solid business acumen, and robust analytical capabilities.

Salary and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $73,600 and $126,500, with potential equity, bonuses, or commissions. Benefits include:
